a little bit about me
i grew up in the small town of owego, new york. i went to college in lynchburg, virginia and lived there for awhile after graduating from LU. my husband and i moved to pennsylvania last year. we can't get over how close everything is! you can be in baltimore, nyc, philadelphia, washington dc, or atlantic city in less than 2 hours; it's amazing!
my very first camera was a tomy snappy shots toy polaroid i received as a christmas gift from my parents when i was 3 years old. it used a sponge and plastic disks that had various pictures on them. you'd wet the sponge and put it in the camera, slide in the "picture" disk, and push the button. the disk would pop out and your picture would appear - just like a polaroid.
i used that camera non-stop and took pictures of everyone and everything i saw. i didn't mind that the pictures weren't "real"; it was so exciting to look through the lens and instantly capture memories. since then, i have been head over heels in love with photography.
your investment
photography is my passion. i want to give my clients pictures they can't stop looking at. the cost for a session includes shoot time, editing time, and of course ~ me!
since i'm a lifestyle photographer, don't expect fake backdrops or a series of "posed" pictures. i prefer to shoot outside or in buildings that let in lots of natural light. my sessions are very laid-back and my hope is that you will come away from the session with your cheeks hurting from laughing so much. :)
